Pre-Service Request

After completing a needs assessment, we will work out a schedule on a case-by-case or regular schedule basis. We sit down with you to identify and understand how we can meet your needs collaboratively.

Servicing

We will monitor all aspects of servicing the client. Track all costs and expenses and work out an affordable rate.

Your request will be monitored as we will take all necessary steps to meet your quality expectations and to continuously communicate with you until your needs are met. If at any point you are not satisfied with our service, our Team will quickly work with you to resolve the problem..

Professional personal and household services enable elders to continue the life they wish to live, even as they are faced with limitations. Our personal care and support services are often provided in conjunction with home care or care management on a short-term or long-term basis, depending on the level of service desired.
