Our name "Njira" is underscored by our purpose - to assist our customers and clients to build "path" ways to success. Njira comes from the African language of Chichewa which means "path". To assure our success, Njira has developed a wide variety of interventions for organization, team, and personal effectiveness. We intend to successfully identify and meet the business needs of your business and individuals in the organization. We will use a results-oriented approach to determine performance gaps and implement the right solution to achieve the results for the required performance level.
